• Stand up an AI intake and prioritization framework
• Identify high-impact automation opportunities across departments

2. Product AI Strategy

• Develop a roadmap for incorporating agentic AI into our core platforms
• Define practical, customer-facing AI workflows (not AI for AI’s sake)
• Partner with Product and Engineering to bring these capabilities to market

3. AI Governance & Risk (Advisory)
