- Lead AI initiatives across the entire organization — not just engineering
- Build and deploy internal AI agents that automate and streamline functions such as:
- BDR and sales support automation
- Marketing content generation and optimization
- Operations and client support workflows
- Define how agentic and recursive AI should be incorporated into Wilmac’s core products
- Contribute to the development of governance, evaluation, and risk frameworks for AI usage
- Serve as a key advisor on AI tradeoffs, tooling decisions, and implementation strategy

- Stand up an AI intake and prioritization framework
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities across departments
- Build and launch production-ready internal AI agents
- Measure adoption, performance, and ROI
2. Product AI Strategy
- Develop a roadmap for incorporating agentic AI into our core platforms
- Define practical, customer-facing AI workflows (not AI for AI’s sake)
- Partner with Product and Engineering to bring these capabilities to market
- Implement feedback loops to improve models and workflows over time
3. AI Governance & Risk (Advisory)
- Collaborate with leadership to shape responsible AI standards and guardrails
- Provide input on vendor tools and build-vs-buy decisions
- Advise executive leadership on AI risks, tradeoffs, and best practices
- Support compliance, data security, and operational stability efforts alongside relevant teams
