Formerly known as Thales or Racal Wordnet Series III, NICE Wordnet Series III has been discontinued from the NICE product range. Offering thousands of simultaneous call recording sessions per system, NICE Wordnet Series III is ideal for large recording and monitoring requirements on a single site or multiple. Users are able to access call recordings remotely through a web-based application.
With Wordnet Series I and II being obsolete, we suggest upgrading your NICE Wordnet Series III recorder as soon as possible.
